Scope of Work: Ground up construction of three story, non-profit organization administrative building. Project used federal funding and achieved Platinum LEED certification with solar power, recycle water, high efficiency VRF HVAC, programmable and adjustable sensing LED lighting, low exterior shale thermal conductivity, 80% conveyable wall and floor systems, roof top landscaping and retention for flood waters of 20,000 gallons. Project located in low income, HUD, US/Mexico border neighborhood.
