Scope of Work: Design-build collaborative effort for Rotary International and Junior League of El Paso to manage volunteer labor and trade contractors for respectful development of State Heritage site to represent historical structures and flora unique to the State of Texas and the high desert regions. Scope included 2 acres of site development with perimeter and internal rock walls, heavy timber and metal roof pavilions, ceramic tiled fountains, bronze sculptures, rose gardens, trellises, Koi pond, cedar fenced maze and wedding venue amphitheater and dressing/restroom facilities.
