Senior Project Manager

Ricardo Avila is an experienced Construction Project Manager, Estimator and Architectural Draftsman who takes pride in providing the best quality possible. As a Construction Manager, his goal is to complete quality construction projects before deadlines and on budget. He also produces project budgetary estimates to clients in the initial schematic design phase, provides design development to 100% construction documents, and delivers oral presentations to clients.

With over 35 years in the construction business, he has extensive experience and knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design. Ricardo used his high quality of estimating experience when involved in the budget estimating of El Paso Community College’s five-campus 2016 Bond Project as well as the University of Texas at El Paso’s Book Store. His related experience includes a variety of projects across the states of Texas and New Mexico in the areas of commercial, medical, educational and GSA, FBI/DEA/ICE projects. He manages the on-site construction with job site superintendents and coordinates with all subcontractor’s project activities including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, owner manuals, close out documents and as built drawings.
