With over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, Vicente Rueda is building a career defined by steady progression, hands-on leadership, and technical expertise. Beginning as a General Supervisor, he quickly distinguished himself through his practical approach and ability to manage teams effectively, advancing from field management to his current position as a Project Engineer and Assistant Manager.
All the projects are supported in-house by Vicente Rueda as a Project Engineer. He coordinates meetings, obtains materials through take-offs, submittals and purchasing and manages job processes such as change orders, request for information and fielding office documentation for the projects. Vincente’s years of experience in diverse cultures assist in the understanding and deciphering of daily issues and schedules.
Vicente’s experience includes overseeing commercial and residential construction projects through every phase from inception to closeout and integration for Owner’s use. From navigating the complexities of procurement to delivering polished final punch lists, he ensures each stage is executed with precision and efficiency with a strong commitment to quality.
Vincente compliments office operations by assisting with contracts, projects cost and estimating. This combination of field and office assists Angie Valdez with keeping records and Sharon Kessinger’s efforts in office functions which ultimately assist Alma Castillo with financial and HR responsibilities.
Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Vicente brings a deep-rooted work ethic to every project he undertakes. His career has taken him across multiple regions, where he has successfully managed diverse builds while adapting to varying environmental conditions and logistical demands. Whether leading local developments or contributing to large-scale national projects, he remains focused on delivering results that meet the highest standards of performance and safety.
Vicente studied Civil Engineering at Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, along with OSHA’s 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification. His combined academic background and industry credentials reinforce his commitment to innovation and continuous professional growth.
